Hi there, thanks for checking my portfolio. I currently work as a senior UX researcher at Chamberlain Group. My main responsibility is to infuse usability/concept testing into the software development process to drive iterative design refinement. I am working to set up metrics to measure the smart access experience and planning a baseline metrics study.
Before Chamberlain, I worked at Backstop solutions for two and half years. I demonstrated how UX research could help the product team make decisions, prioritize focus and improve the design through working closely with Product managers, designers, and the sales solution team. As the first researcher, I set up research planning, interview, and research reports practice and formalized the research process in the product development cycle.
I worked at the MIT Design lab before Backstop. I collaborated with the big corporation as Mars, Bradesco, and helped them envision the future through design thinking methods such as ideation workshops, ethnographic research, case study, etc.
I graduated from the IIT Institute of Design in 2017. Before I was in the field of design, I was a senior software engineer at Motorola mobility. I focused on native application development and helped implement and maintain various features for more than ten phone models.
